Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is a competing athlete. After giving up gymnastics in her youth, Ariel began competing at fitness shows aged 16. In the course of a year she received her Pro Card aged 17. Ariel Khadr has been a sponsor for IFBB Fitness Pro and is a model. Ariel Khadr started her fitness show career at the age of 16, at which point she stopped gymnastics. Within a single year, she obtained her professional license when she was 17. This made her the oldest IFBB Pro in history. When she was awarded her Pro Card Ariel left for six years from the stage to finish her college education. In 2015, she came back to the stage and competed in top-quality contests such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. After her initial show for several years, aiming for bigger and better goals every year. She won another four fitness championships by the close of 2009. She also became one of the smallest IFBB Fitness Pro of all in history (age 17) by winning at the 2010 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Championship. Ariel Ariel Ariel was able to take the time off for six years from competing after earning her pro card to finish her college education. Her return came in October of 2015, with her IFBB Fitness Pro Debut at the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. She finished in 3rd place in the competition. The summer of 2016 saw her was the winner of her place in the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. As a result, she was able to participate in Fitness Olympia. After three months, Ariel was on the Olympia Stage to take home 6th in the Fitness Division. Ariel, who had absolutely zero expectations prior to the event, was delighted with her performance. Ariel competed against some of the most elite athletes. Ariel is always improving each year. Ariel loves to work out her back. Ariel's usual back exercises consist of single-arm pulldowns using lats, and pull-ups that are performed using the machine and bent-over rows. She warms-up first before moving on to working sets. Ariel makes the best use of the time she has. Ariel does so by doing supersettings for all her back exercises. This involves three to four sets of 10-12 repetitions.
